I can't decide whether to spend 4 days in Kefalonia this Sept. or Lefkada. I know Lefkada has that amazing beach everyone talks about that I def want to see, but other than that is it worth going to over Kefalonia? Are there boat tours from Kefalonia to Lefkada for the day or v.v.? Maybe I stay on Lefkada and just take a day organized trip to Kefalonia or the other way around?
Anyone know anything about maybe doing a boat charter of the Ionian islands that is shorter than a week? Im thinking that may be my best bet if I cant decide which island...

Reply to this both of them are beautiful but i prefer lefkada!! There is naval connection between Fiskardo (north Kefalonia) and Lefkada, but I think that Kefalonia is too big island to see it in 1 day
Reply to this I have not been to Kefalonia but Lefkada was really beautiful. I had an amazing time and the beaches are truly somethig to see. Bring your hiking shoes 😊

Reply to this I've been in Kefalonia once and it was beautiful. But a friend of mine told me that Lefkada would be way better. I can see the posts above me say the same thing. But I'd say that both are beautiful islands.
