My husband and I went to Milan on a 9 day visit in October 2005. This was our first visit to Milan and we had a great time there. Milan is very stylish city. On Via Montenapoleone we found a lot of prestigious boutiques. We got to walk on the roof of the Duomo and saw all the way to the mountains. There are hundreds and hundreds of bars, lounge bars, wine bars, pubs, cafes, bistros, wine cellars, live music bars and lots of others besides. Why is the Milan? We long chose where we are going! And then we stumbled upon the *removed* hotel website. It consists oan extended selection of hotels by price, class and category (from children facilities to business class)! It’s just simple! And we would like to advise everyone are going to visit this splendid place
Good luck!
Reply to this As far as I'm concerned, I'd avoid Milan like the plague if I ever get back to Italy again. Hostel situation stinks, thieves galore, craptastic signage and transportation. (It made the supposedly bad areas of Prague & Paris seem tame and timid IMHO). That's just my opinion though...
