We tried to copy...Without laughing!! Or being laughed at!!
The bus journey from Pisco to Lima is pretty short (3 hours), we arrived in Lima around 4pm. The first thing we did was to go get some food as we hadn’t eaten all day! We didn’t do much that afternoon as there wasn’t time. At night we had the goodbye dinner with the group, we then all went drinking.
The next morning we went exploring to find somewhere nice for breakfast, we walked to Miraflores area where found a place called “Crepes & Waffles” enough said. This place turned out to be delicious and not only had that, it had great coffee! After eating ridiculously large crepes we strolled back to the hotel, from there we were picked up for our city tour. We usually like to explore places by ourselves but we were limited for time and Lima is a big city so the tour was the best option. Lima is actually quite a beautiful city it has many gorgeous old and impressive buildings it also has its weird things though, like the lovers park which has a huge statue in the middle of a couple kissing! The other funny thing is a bunch of decorated cows scattered

around the city…yes cows, it was part of an ad campaign for a milk company!!!! After the tour we didn’t do much, at night we went to the cinema. We went to watch Avatar in 3D it was brilliant! I had never seen a 3D movie before so I was all that more impressed!
On our 3rd day we took the others from the group to the crepe place. We then went walking, we walked around for a good few hours before our legs finally gave in and we jumped into a taxi to the main shopping mall of Lima. The mall is built in the cliff side by the sea. It’s quite a weird setting, shopping in an outdoor mall hanging from a cliff! At night we waved off the group as the boarded yet another night bus gap seems to love! We then went to have our traditional last meal at a nice restaurant!
