Santiago de Chile

Spent the day in Santiago de Chile roaming around a seeing some sights. We are both familiar with Santiago from previous visits so this was a relatively quiet day.

I enjoyed a visit and lunch with some of the people I used to work with in Santiago. In the evening we walked to the El Bosque district in the Los Condes area of Santiago for a quiet dinner.

It is amazing the changes in Santiago since my first visit in 1995. Not the same place. This is a world class city with a lot of things to do and see in the city and in the surrounding area.



Off to Isla Pascua ( Easter Island ) tomorrow.
