Today I climbed up to Volan Villarica, an active volcano near Pucon. The climb was very nice. We started with a ski-lift, which took us to about 1800m above sea level. Then we walked up through snow to the peak, an active volcano crater, at about 2800m. The way down was much easier. We slid down on our asses (not all the way, but most of it, and with breaks in the middle), which was really fun.
I´m trying to get to Bariloche soon, but the buses are kind of full, so it might take a few days. For now, just look at the pictures of the magnificent view from the top of the mountain.
