Kayaking with the Long Family

One of the the best parts of the trip was simply hanging with the Long Family. These shots are from a fun night of tag and 'lose my shoe'. The extended Long clan including Pappy T, the three sons (Kenneth, Chad and Tren), plus their lovely wives and kids fill the compound with their laughter, fun and great cooking.

Long cousins Shauna and the girls' favorite Luke, plus some office staff round out the US-based crew.

Midway through our stay we found some new Long family as well. Someone dropped off three kittens who were working their way into everyone's hearts. Though outside only.
