So...we made it through the country....right through the middle of the country. And not just any country - this is Brazil we are talking about!!! that´s a pretty big frickin country by U.K. standards. I thought my 5/6 hour trip coming home for xmas and summer up to Stranraer was a hike, but I could eat that for breakfast after my experiences....!!!
So Sao Luis it is....Bit late on arrival - well + 12 hours, eventually turning up to a locked and boarded up hostel at 8 30 on a sunday morning, seems we might have missed the saturday night party banter as there were street sweepers everywhere tidying the street...no matter...shall we hit the beach boys - why not!!!
Sun, Sand, Beer, Waves, Drowning...no, seriously - help Rob, I think I´m drowning...no its alright, I´m in 2 foot of water but can´t seem to stand up straight as the beer has gone straight to my head!!! and this factor 30 (see mum, I am wise after all!!!) is doing a good job at keeping them aul rusty rays off my back....Still no sunburn although slight peeling on the upper left hand quadrant of my shoulder...but, I´ll be

Sao luis was very nice....absolutley stunning old town..half the buildings are run down and decrepid but it just adds to the scenery and feel of the place. We only spent 3 days here, well mainly we were trying to hit the reggae evening on the saturday...but missed that so ended up at some street festival on the sunday night with a load of 15 year olds...boogie boogie boogie...o, and some guy francois who had lived in america and thought he was some hot shot pro basketball player or something - numpty! but amusing all the same!
O, and then we got attcaked in the street by a bunch of hookers...hilarious, they wouldn´t leave us alone...keep walking boys! Rob, NO...just NO! lol...aw mark, pleeeeeeease.....not a chance in hell man...lets get outta here and try to find paradise...?!?
