The Island of the Sun

Well I made it into Bolivia by bus despite there being some riots just outside Puno. Copacabana seems like a really nice chilled out small town, we have a wicked hotel with a lake side view.

We took a boat to Isla del Sol which is a pretty, green island with lots of donkeys on it. It was a relaxing day, no trekking so we thought we would go out for some beers seeing as we didn´t have to get up early for the first time on our trip. Food is cheap here and the restaurants are really coo, i even heard some jamiroquai instead that damn pan pipe music. We have 3 or 4 beers and a zombie cocktail and I was quite pissed....drinking at altitude really affects you or maybe i am just a lightweight.

Anyway we are off to La Paz in a mo....
