CondoririCondoririCondoriri

means Condor Mountain. It got its name because it looks like a Condor. Obvioisly not from this angle though
Very early Sunday morning we had to be in front of a travel agency. They said 7.00 precisely, we wait for nobody. We thought that meant you had to be in time and not 30 minutes later which is normal here in Bolivia. Ok we believed it but it became 7.15, 7.30, 7.45, 8.00, 8.15 and finally at 8.30 we left. We were with a colleague who is here already for 3 years and she kept on saying " after 3 years I am still so stupid to believe it if they say 7.00 sharp".

A bit annoyed we started our trip to the glacier. We were planning to climb it, but we were not the only ones who liked that idea because we went with a 100 people on the trip. It was really an amazing day. The glacier and the surroundings are fantastic. The organization was unfortunately lousy so we decided not to go on the glacier this time. We will wait with that and do it with a smaller group. Just see the pictures for an impression of the area.
