Very early Sunday morning we had to be in front of a travel agency. They said 7.00 precisely, we wait for nobody. We thought that meant you had to be in time and not 30 minutes later which is normal here in Bolivia. Ok we believed it but it became 7.15, 7.30, 7.45, 8.00, 8.15 and finally at 8.30 we left.
