the sun was not present and they were always moving from place to place, so was quite hard to make a photo from a moving boat

this one had around three meters. Anaconda always leaves her skin after finishing digestation before going to hunt (it is quite fresh becase in few days the skin transforms to ash so we have to look carefully here)
