train graveyard near to Uyuni
great snowcapped mountains in the behind
Zuzka would be a great driver ;)
all the machines transported silver from the mines nearby
all villages around Uyuni had it's own football ground the lines made of salt, of course
on the salar plain
attempt of an artistic photo
the salt hotel
today just museum, if you want to enter, you have to buy a beer or a souvenir :)
meditation on the salar
our jeep
quite good, the only problem was no heating, especially in the morning on the third day when the temperature was around -15 degrees :)
the salar island was covered by huge cactuses
fast a photo, I can't hold more than few seconds :)
Zuzi holding a mountain on a hand
how windy, even my beeer flew away
this salt formations are beeing created by water
(don't ask for the details :)
in Bolivia, I learned how to meditate in the air
now I'm a bit trained, I can hold for 2-3 minutes, depending on the surface
yeah, for me also a photo with the plane
next try of an artistic photo
maybe one day it will be good ;)
no, we didn't have a better idea ;)
the salar, island and the sun was an ideal combination to make a photo
the wind was strong, as a proof my hair
the surface of the salar is more than 12.000km, with more than 200km length
