It´s not THAT scary
I came back from 3 days in the Pampas today. The Pampas is really a big swamp, with lots of animals.
On the first day, we got there after a 3 hour drive on rough roads, and took a boat on the river to get to the lodge where we slept. On the way we saw alligators, capybaras (the world´s biggest rodent - the size of a pig), river turtles, and lots of other smaller animals. We slept at the lodge, and it was very hot and humid - just like Tel Aviv, without air conditioning. At night, we went on another boat ride, and saw alligator eyes glowing at night, and the guide even captured a small one for us.
On the second day, we went to find anacondas. We marched through the swamp for an hour, but didn´t find any, and then we marched all the way back to the boat. In the afternoon we went piranha fishing, and caught some piranhas, and some other fish as well.
On the third day, we went swimming with pink river dolphins (I didn´t take any drugs, they´re real, but I couldn´t get a good photo of them), and them came back

The weather now looks like it´s going to be quite bad (it´s probably gonna rain soon), so flights today were cancelled. There was also a power outage for the whole town for a few hours today, but that´s not unusual here. Tomorrow we´ll see about the jungle tour, for now we´re just going to relax.
Again, no photos for now because of the lousy internet connection.
