Bill is reasting with a cold today...I walked to the big park this pm, and sat in the beautiful courtyard of our new hotel (the Zamora) watching the fish in the fountain and reading....

I have added new video to the Iguazu Falls, Truth, and Colors entries...check them out!

All for today...tomorrow we go up the pass between Chile and Argentina....all day trip...

I was a primary teacher in a K-12 alternative school. In 2006, I took a leave for four months, travelling through Central America. I visited schools and studied Spanish along with being a tourist. My class followed my travels through this blog. I have continued to use this blog to keep friends, family and my students connected to my travels, recently in Mexico and now Kenya! 2009 I am now retired and my husband and I hope to do even more traveling! The irrigation system here predates the Spanish..the city has streams and small rivers runiing along most streets...which are lined with giant trees...
