There is a sealed alabaster container with holes on the side for lifting/lowering using rope.. you can see a statue inside the container.
A Day With the Pyramids

Today is my last day in Cairo, as I'll be taking the overnight train to Luxor.. and I planned to spend the entire day with the pyramids..
