Yes they are
Yes, they are smaller than us, but not that small. I am not sure exactly why they had such ridiculously small chairs there. Possibly because they wanted people to have at least something to sit on but still wanted them to be easily removed when that was necessary. /Ake

Forgot to mention that the women sit on those all the time which is sort of a squat position stretch that helps in childbirth :o)

We wouldn't even have those in kindergarten. In a large playhouse perhaps.../Ake
