Cooking on Ko Lanta!

No we are not doing more Thai cooking, I mean it literally. Temperatures here are between 35 and 42+ degrees celcius. Good practise for Oz I guess! We have spent around three weeks on Ko Lanta which is nicknamed 'little scandinavia'. Not surprised, all the Swedish people on holiday in Thailand must be here in Ko Lanta!
