Cooking on Ko Lanta!

No we are not doing more Thai cooking, I mean it literally. Temperatures here are between 35 and 42+ degrees celcius. Good practise for Oz I guess! We have spent around three weeks on Ko Lanta which is nicknamed 'little scandinavia'. Not surprised, all the Swedish people on holiday in Thailand must be here in Ko Lanta! After a long 10 months we have finally got our visa's for Australia! We are taking a round the world trip on the way through the US, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia and Asia before eventually settling in Australia - hopefully some time in April 2007. We will keep you all updated as we go on our big adventure! Our tickets are booked and we leave for a short weekend in London (and to see the babelicious Robbie Williams - obviously Kersten speaking here!)before leaving the UK on 20th September.... full info
