Getting a rise out of the tourists

It was pretty fascinating to see that the engineers that developed this fountain found a way to keep that crown centered. You'd think that it would eventually fly off to one side due to different water pressure or a clogged jetstream.
Today we march to the beat of a different drum (and a thousand other instruments)
