This makes up for a lot
For a dinner like this, I would wake up early to thunder, deal with police/bomb actions and a whole host of troubles. I hope it was as good as it looks. Can't wait to see more.

It was every bit as delicious as it looks and more! They cook duck a bit less rare than we have it at home... but oh my god their flavours are so amazing! And I now have a whole new appreciation for cabbage :)
