Hi RENanDREW
Hi RENanDREW, Just one remark. It is a Wiener Schnitzel and not a Weiner Schnitzel. You know why? Wiener Schnitzel comes from the German name "Wien" for the city which you call Vienna. So it is a meal from Vienna. "Weiner" wouldn't make any sense. So this dish is widely know in Central Europe but I must admit i prefer it with French Fries instead of potato salad.
