Blue Lagoon

This outdoor thermal pool is a bit large. No energy is expended here other than what the earth already supplies. The back is somewhat visible, while it extends further on the right to a water bar and on the left were mud is available for faces. Took this just after arrival. Notice no one is lounging around the tables. Several lifeguards were present wearing ski attire!

May as well admit it now, no Northern Lights. During the week before we arrived there was considerable solar activity and thus extensive Northern Lights. However, it was stormy the entire time so no one in Iceland saw anything.
