Dinner at Uchu

Ichi is known for its hot stone cooking. You can order a wide variety of meats or fish and the arrive sizzling on a hot rock. You finish cooking them to your desired level of doneness. Mike had beef, alpaca and MahiMahi. I had beef anticuchos which is a marinated kabob. Top notch!
