Lunch at Ferdinanda's. In the background - incredibly tender roasted pork neck, served with yummy potatoes and a light mushroom sauce.
In the foreground - pork stew with dill, potatoes, and celery. Very good and flavourful, but the pork neck was better. It was especially good with cider!
The food is very simple but flawlessly executed. This sect obviously ate VERY well. Maybe I should sign up?
But as good as this meal was and as happy as it made us feel, we realized that the days left in the trip were counting down .... nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
