Having spent all my money on crappy pastries this morning, I didn't have enough left for a decent lunch today, so I ended up with two crappy open-face sandwiches. Definitely not as sacri-licious as the ones I had the other day in Copenhagen (http://www.travelpod.com/travel-photo/pwong/6/1215481080/img_1299.jpg/tpod.html ).
I probably should have gotten a pizza bagel and an open-face sandwich instead, because the bagel looked much tastier. A mistake! The first sandwich was hard-boiled egg, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on crappy bread. The second was the same crappy bread, with salted ham, lettuce, and pickled cabbage. Equally terrible as the first, but much soggier.
