Vera's Burger Shack ...

... if we didn't need a meal at Haneda airport, we certainly didn't need one at Vancouver airport - beyond everything we had eaten prior to taking off from Tokyo, a dinner and breakfast were also served on board the flight. Yet we still felt compelled to have a burger upon arrival in Canada - pretty good for a fast food chain, with a juicy and flavourful hamburger patty.
