Beatififul Broth ...

... in true Asian style, but perhaps a tad strange by Western standards, a bowl of broth proved to be a perfect accompaniment to the ribs. Sweet, rich, fatty, and slightly tart, with chunks of tomato and bits of pork - the broth might've actually overshadowed the ribs.
