... Wellington was a pleasant surprise, with its plethora of good ethnic eats. This casual eatery was packed with diners munching on some Malaysian food - this was a tad disappointing in a way, more because I was hoping for a stew, when this bak kut teh turned out to be more like a soup. Pork rib, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and oddly, canned mushrooms - a very herbal characteristic to the dish, but it was nice. The rice was quite hard, but it wasn't until near the end when I realized that it was meant to be dumped into the soup, which would've softened it up.
