... after a round of pintxos hopping, there is ALWAYS room for some helado, especially if it is Ferrero Rocher! Our Spanish dining tradition has been to stuff ourselves completely on pintxos, then walk a bit before stopping for some coffee to aid in digestion, and then finish off with some helado before a final drink on a nice patio somewhere.
