... using what seems to be the European equivalent of OpenTable, the Fork, we selected some highly-rated places for meals in Bordeaux. Unfortunately, none of them have turned out all that well, especially tonight at Melodie. After last night's bomb-ass foie gras, I went for it again tonight - this time it was more of a pate, and was a bit too rich. Luckily, the wine of choice tonight was a rose from Clocher des Deux Roses, whose clean finish nicely cleared the palate.
