Lobster and Shirmp Salad ...

... with avocado, cashews, and mango, all in a surprisingly light creamy citrus dressing - really tasty and hearty for a salad, and the seafood was sweet and fresh as can be. There was almost an Asian flair to the dish, with the mango and cashews.
