Dessert ...

... we didn't quite know what to make of this, a sort of pineapple jello that had a texture reminscent of steamed Chinese gelatinous sweets. The taste was actually pretty good, but we just couldn't get over the fact that it felt like we were cutting into some type of pineapple-based breast implant!
