... lunch for us at Skansen was items 1, 3, and 4 - smoked and fried elk in a flatbread cone with amazingly-moist crushed new potatoes, and cloudberry creme fraiche. A bit like a Swedish version of a kebab, and quite tasty! The second item was a slightly-dry sausage, and finally a wrap stuffed with moose, reindeer, and deer - tasty, but not a lot of filling inside.
