... a Singaporean take on soup noodles - the noodles were freshly made, and though they had a great al dente bite to them, tasted a bit doughy. The highlights of the dish were actually the delicious dumplings, and chunks of ground meat that were scattered throughout the broth. There seemed to be a number of good little bits in the dish, with one of them being crispy little fried guppies that were sprinkled on top.
