So Good ...

... that at breakfast today, we gorged out on the mango and sweet sticky rice. You can't quite see it with all the fruit, but most of it is beautifully cut into little shapes. The hotel rotates one hot dish every day, and today offered up pasta and chicken in a sweet and sour sauce - normally that wouldn't be appealing, but given the excellent breakfast yesterday, we were happy to give it a shot. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and delicious.
