... probably one of the nicest, shiniest airports anywhere in the World, Incheon is full of high-end stores and restaurants, but we opted for one of the food courts serving nearly any kind of food you would want to eat. Being in Korea, despite our fears that we would still find Koryo fast food to be superior to real Korean food, this was killer - Bi Bim Bap, the famous Korean rice dish served inside of a hot stone bowl. The kim chi was crazy good, lacking that odd nasty aftertaste it sometimes has.
