.... definitely a unique menu here at Sobremesa, atop a tenderloin that was, for the first time in Guatemala, actually tender! Great selection of veggies - carrots, green beans, and zucchini. In fact, the carrots were the highlight of the dish - apparently the secret is a bit of adobo powder.
