Horchata and Some Kind of Fruit Smoothie ...

... very different from the plain but good stuff I've had in Spain, this version of horchata was slushy, vibrant with spices, and topped off with a nice sprinkling of pomegranate seeds. SOOOO refreshing on a hot day.
