Ikan Bali ...

... a fish filet steamed inside of a banana leaf. Billing itself as a Caribbean-Asian fusion restaurant, I'm not sure that Ginger really fused anything, other than featuring a menu with a few of each dishes. The fish wasn't bad, but how could any restaurant claiming to feature Asian cuisine screw up and serve dry, hard rice???!???! That's sacrilege to Asian throughout the World!
