... billed as a Caribbean dish served with yucca, it took a while for us to figure out that it was just salt cod. At first we couldn't figure out what it was from the Dutch spelling, but when the waitress pronounced it for us, it sounded exactly like bacalhau, the Portuguese word for salt cod. Nothing special, as the highlights of this appetizer were the yucca and shrimp chips.
