Bragioli ...

... a traditional Maltese dish, a beef roll stuffed with bacon, breadcrumbs, and egg, probably of Sicilian origin. A bit flavourless and tough, and could've used some more sauce - we couldn't help but wonder if Sicily has turned us into food snobs, as we may have thought tonight's meal was good, had we not eaten such amazing food the past two weeks.
