Dinner at Il Borgo di Federico ...

... the starter, some nice bruschetta on some crispy, chewy toast. Too bad the toast was a bit burnt, but we couldn't complain much, since it was way better than most of the dodgy bread we've had in Sicily so far. The other starter was grilled radicchio and eggplant - tough, bitter, and chewy, it wasn't the greatest.
