Fancy Desserts at Bubo ...
... though we weren't done with dinner just yet, we couldn't resist having dessert before the end. In the foreground was the Namelaka, filled with a chocolate/hazelnut/almond paste, atop a green tea biscuit, then topped off with a thin layer of chocolate and chopped nuts. In the background is the Bubo 2011, a chocolate tower filled with lemon mousse and a super-sweet jam, topped off with some berries.
