... simply done, with a bit of a sweet and sour sauce - a perfectly-cooked white fish that melted in your mouth, with chunks of scallop and shrimp. The veggies were fairly plain, but delicious due to their freshness. The rice - pretty bad, but otherwise a nice plate of food.
