Mary's tajine wasn't bad flavour-wise but it had some very dry and stringy chicken breast, which we haven't seen so far in the tajines, only chicken thighs and legs. The caramelized onions were a bit too sweet, as was the entire tajine. At least the buns were really good - crusty and chewy, a bit like kaiser rolls.
