The little grill was overwhelmed so it took forever to get mine, but the sandwich only lasted a few minutes. After finishing up, I hoped that I wouldn't get sick - the chef didn't seem to obey any rules regarding cross contamination! But of course, it's probably true of a lot of chefs both here and back home, it's just that you normally don't see it up close.
