Mary's sole was decent and though a tad overcooked, it had a beautiful sweet taste to it. The mustard sauce was a bit strong, but not as overpowering as we thought it was going to be. The little pastry crusts were a bit hard, and the worst part of the dish. The fish roe on top of the spinach was a revelation, as the roe provided a nice salty bite and contrasting texture. Good with some semillant wine - nice and light, we only ordered a half bottle since we are both such lightweights.
