Monument to 1300 years of Bulgaria

Look closely at the lower left corner of the monument and you see two people standing there. That gives you an idea of the size of the monument. It is an absolutely massive concrete construction. A rough estimate of the size and we came up with the dimensions 50×60×70 meters.

There is something about bold lines and angles in architecture Ake...grabs whether one likes them or not. I for one love the drama in your images in this blog.
