We were in the mood for a change from soft, white sand to fresh, powdery snow. The Pico/Killington area of Vermont is a doable day trip from Ballston Lake. We are a couple, now in our early 70's, traveling in a 34" Holiday Vacationer Motor Home. Wes is a GE pensioner who just ended a 50 + year career, most recently consulting with the company.
