Week 4
July 30th 2017 After returning from London my fitness app showed a tremendous amount of calories burnt, but the scales showed an even larger amount of calories consumed; I had gained 1.2kg 😞 English breakfasts, craft beers, cheese boards, cold cuts platters and 'healthy' dinners apparently aren't the way to go when you are trying to lose weight.
